Janet Jackson 20 Y.O. well as you know you can hear the full album now. The inderludes could have been donwsized way too many. As of right now I think the album is pretty bland with no stand out tracks. I did post my favorites songs which are With You (typical JD balled knock off), Do It 2 Me (sounds like something Twista would rap on), So Excited, Show Me, and the the bonus song Days Go By. It’s definitely no Emancipation Of Mimi. JD gave Mariah his best work. Overall, I preferred a majority of the songs on Damita Jo and I thought that was her worst album! Oh well good luck Janet.

wow, I was really not feelin anything that I heard so far, but thank you for posting the whole album because I think I LOVE every other song!!!! I’ve been really bored with music lately…Fergie…Danity….Cassie….even J Tim, they’re good but I get bored after 2 listen’s, but I think this one will be different!!! Now when’s JOJO’s!!!!????

I haven’t heard the album yet (still downloading) hopefully it’s better than Damita Jo which was kinda bad.
The album is a masterpiece and you can always tell a hater when they claim Damita Jo was bad.DJ was also a brilliant album kicked to the curb because of the Superbowl incident.The whole album is fiyah cause Janet’s producers are fiyah.She has real producers and not beat makers.Janet is miles above any other female artsit out there right now.She doesn’t follow a trend- she makes them.I can’t even believe how good it is.Janet is a musical goddess.
I really like this album, it’s light, breezy, just fun. She’s not overtly sexual as she has been in the past, but the disc has a youthful energy. She sounds … happy! JD must be good for her, cuz you can hear it in her voice. Go on Miss Janet, I’ll be at the store on Tuesday supportin’ my girl!

I’m feeling the album. I have a few issues with it but overall I think it’s the best material she’s released in almost a decade now. Yes, her vocals are , at times, a little too breathy for me but I think there’s an energy in these tracks that I haven’t heard from her in a while. I think she did a good job.
Janet does sound happy and the songs are great.

I totally agree with Thomas. I’m not feeling Janet on this - not one bit. I truly wish her success & happines but she should surround herself with another winning team. Age isn’t a deterrent but her album sounds like music from a younger musician. I thought she would return & rock the world with strong messages & new dance moves. I guess I was wrong. She didn’t say much on her interview with Oprah and I considered the interview rather boring as well. She also duplicated a lot of Michael’s old moves. I love her but I don’t think she’s expressing herself.
