Beyonce in Sydney
Beyonce and rapper Jay-Z landed in Sydney this morning. Despite her casual appearance of jeans, thongs and a black beret - plus a bouncy-licious stuffed kanagaroo - Beyonce’s star power still outshone her burly boyfriend as the couple, flanked by the obligatory entourage, made their way through Sydney international airport.
Not one to allow her man to be tempted by the gorgeous groupies that come with an international tour, the former Destiny’s Child singer has accompanied Jay Z around the world on his Roc Tha Block extravaganza. The couple are staying in Sydney until Thursday morning.
If Jay-Z’s recent show at London’s Wembley Arena is anything to go by, fans attending his show at the Entertainment Centre on Wednesday night could be in for a big treat. The hip-hop star, who recently announced his return from retirement, invited Beyonce on stage to perform a version of ger hit Crazy in Love, with the couple then belting out a duet of her recent single Déjà Vu.
