If things couldn’t get any worst for Britney Spears‘, her estranged husband Kevin Federline is making plans to go to court amid a custody dispute over their two children.
Spears has checked out of rehab for the second time in a week.
A Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman says Kevin Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear at a downtown L-A courthouse tomorrow for an emergency hearing. It’s not known what issue Federline plans to raise.
Federline and Spears have two sons, five-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston.
Federline filed papers seeking spousal support and sole custody of the children after Spears sought to end their two-year marriage last November.
A temporary court order issued February first granted the couple joint custody until the end of this month.

He has every right to want those kids. I’d understand Brit’s plight if she STAYED in rehab to get the help she obviously needs but the girl’s relentless. I wouldn’t be suprised to see pics of the girl exiting some club tonight or tomorrow night.
I can’t believe everyone blamed him for her behavior. She’s a grown ass, not to mention financially BLESSED, woman. There’s no reason for all this sh*t. She grew up in a healthy home, had an amazing career, and millions upon millions of fans. Post-partum depression does NOT warrent her actions. There are normal, every day mothers out there who actually have the disease and seek treatment for it like ADULTS. Face it fans, it drugs and booze. Plain and simple.
Good. Someone has to take care of those kids. Britney is a loser!!!
Finally. I do think he should get sole custody. She is obviously acting very irresponsibly and not like a grown, mature, in her right mind adult.
It’s ironic when you realise Kevin Federline – the backup dancer – is the most responsible of the two parents. Those poor kids, they’re just doomed.
He’s a life ruiner, seeing Britney in this hard place of her life, all he can do is to make things harder and more complicated… anyway this is just what ex-husbands do.. REVENGE !!
I mean… c’mon. Even if Britney is having some personal problems right now everyone knows that K-Fed IS even worse for those children. He don’t give a fuck and never did, he was just out for Britney’s money. Now he gonna take her kids so she have to pay even more money to him.

don’t use Kevin as a scapegoat!! maybe he is trying to get the KIDS in a healthier environment (of course I don’t know because I don’t know these people personally, but neither do you).
Out of all the men she could have had, she went out with a man who had a pregnant girlfriend. Shar mananged to get out of this mess with her dignity seemingly in tact. I hope this is Britney’s rock bottom and that it doesn’t get worse. Once you hit your rock bottom, you have no where to go but up.

#s1-4 Thanks…I have been saying this since the begining of the ordeal! Bottom line is KARMA or GOD don’t like ugly which ever you prefer. The hook up with K-Fed was bullshit, the fact that previous to that she caused a divorce (that no one really wants to talk about) was cowshit…Now all the shit is rolling back downhill into her face. I don’t feel sorry for anyone with obviously no moral values, and cares only about themselves. I hope he gets the kids and if he doesn’t what does that say about how we really care about our children… For God sake she is in a rehab for some reason (drugs alcohol) and the poor babies should be subjected to any of it.

She’s making things harder and more complicated for herself by constantly checking in and out of rehab.

What if HE was the one partying 4-5 days out of the week, taking drugs and binge-drinking? Wouldn’t you expect Britney to do exactly what he’s doing now? Those kids need parents, not hired help to raise them.
Granted, he’s not father of the year but at least this threat might be the slap to Britney’s face she needs to FINALLY get her sh*t together.
