Paris car gets towed
Paris Hilton was pulled over by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies last night for driving with her headlights off. It was then discovered that she was on the road with a suspended driving license.
Elliot Mintz, the usually stretched publicist for the frequently delinquent heiress, told TMZ that Paris was exiting the parking structure which “is brightly lit and consequently did not realize that her headlights were not on.” She was intercepted and pulled over by the cops after she drove a few blocks.
As to driving with a suspended license Mintz simply said, “If that was the case, she was not aware of it.”
The socialite at large was cited for the incident and her car was impounded and towed away.
Paris violated the terms of her probation when she was arrested for driving on a suspended license, and could spend up to 90 days in jail as a result.
