Madonna, 48, was caught taking off in her Escalade ESV without buckling up 17-month-old son, David. “There was no car seat,” a source tells Us. “She sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap.”
The next day, the tab said, 6-year-old Rocco was in the middle - sans child seat. Unaware that a photo of the infraction exists, Madonna’s rep denied the story.
