Nicole Richie and Joel Madden shocked their fans when they announced in July of 2007 that they were expecting their first child together. Harlow Madden was born on January 11th. Both Madden and Richie have publicly claimed that having their daughter changed their lives for the best, and that because of here, they were putting their wild days behind them!
