Watch out Beyonce! Etta James is on the warpath!
Etta James was performing on stage in Portland, Oregon and was apparently hit with a dumb stick! Etta started by saying “You know, YOUR President, the one with the big ears — he ain’t my President — had that woman singing for him at his Inauguration,” James said during a concert in Seattle. “She’s going to get her ass whooped. How dare Beyonce sing MY song that I been singing forever. Now I’m going to sing it for y’all.” She continued, “The great Beyonce … I can’t stand Beyonce.”
I wonder if Ms.James shared all of those feelings with Beyonce when she was portraying her in the movie, Cadillac Records.
As usual, Beyonce took the high road and hasn’t commented on the situation.
