Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt aren’t the only celebrities lending a hand these days.
On a trip to Sierra Leone (In West Africa) Salma Hayek came to the aid of a starving infant.
Salma, breastfed this infant who is completely malnourished. Salma’s daughter, who is a year old, is still breastfeeding, so when she came across this infant, she opted to share her milk. Salma, during the ABC Nightline interview, proceeded to tell a story of her Great-Grandmother coming to the aid of a women in a Mexican village many years ago, the same way. Feeding a starving child.

Bravo to you Salma! Are we that much of a heartless world that providing milk to a starving child is considered bizarre? Gross? Immoral? Anyone who thinks so can go straight to hell. As a child development specialist, I applaud you for doing what so many of us WOULD DO. I am so happy that I saw this video, you’ve totally made me have faith in people again! You’ve made my day!!
