Chris Brown might have more than just U.S. charges coming up against him. Barbadian officials are interested in bringing up charges, if Brown abused Rihanna while they were in Barbados. An anonymous official said, “[Chris Brown] has spent time with Rihanna in Barbados. If he abused her while here, we would be interested in looking at prosecuting him.”
Rihanna has reported that this has been “ongoing and escalating abusive relationship”, so if he did abuse her in Barbados, officials are ready.
If Brown is charged, we’re not sure what exactly the charges would be, or if the U.S. would be forced to extradite him to Barbados.
