In a great finale episode, Hosea edged out Stefan and Carla!

In last night’s finale episode the challenge from Tom was to make the best 3 course meal of your life!

The chefs were all given a Sous-Chef, a contestant from a previous season, to help them prep and serve their final meal.
The day of service, the contestant enter to see Tom with a little twist on the day. 3 ingredients to make a last minute h’our dourve. Hosea gets the fish, Carla gets the scallops and Stefan gets….alligator! Which, can I just say when he walked over and sliced the tail off, I thought I was going to throw up!

Carla let her sous-chef persuade her to do different food than she had been the entire competition so she backed herself into a corner. Stefan missed with his dessert and unfortunately Hosea managed to make 3 awesome courses!

I was a little disappointed, I was really hoping that Stefan would win!!
