Several years after her breakthrough role on the series “7th Heaven” Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has landed a role on the upcoming series “Melrose“.
After successfully bringing back an updated version of Beverly Hills, 90210 with the new CW version of 90210, the CW network is at it again but this time revisiting Melrose Place.
Two roles have already been cast – Michael Rady and Katie Cassidy.
According to producers Ashlee will star as Melrose Place’s newest resident, Violet, a bright-eyed but shrewd small-town girl and recent L.A. transplant who has come to town with a secret.
