Following their announcement of a separation during last night’s episode, TLC has announced today that Jon & Kate +8 will take a break until August 3rd.
Next week TLC will air a look-back at Jon & Kate Gosselin’s 10 year marriage. 6 episodes have aired this season, TLC had ordered 40 for this year.
In a statement released by TLC: “TLC continues to support the Gosselin family and will work closely with them to determine the best way to continue to tell their story as they navigate through this difficult time,” “During this time the family will take some time off to regroup and then a modified schedule will be in place to support the family’s transition,” the statement concludes.
Maybe if they take a break the paparazzi will back-off and let them adjust as a family to this difficult transition.
