The Texas Longhorns aren’t ready to give up quite yet! Augie Garrido and his boys from Austin, battled back last night and beat the LSU Tigers 5-1 in Omaha. That tied the series 1-1 with the final game to be played tonight. LSU, lead by coach Paul Mainieri, is ready to bring the championship to the bayou. “Who could ask for a better script? One last game for the national championship. One team is the No. 1 seed, the other is No. 1 in most of the polls. Two historical teams. It’ll be pretty hard to sleep tonight.”
Coverage of the game begins at 7:00 EST live on ESPN.
