Only one week after their announcement of a separation, Jon & Kate Gosselin have issued a statement regarding their need to handle this divorce privately.
“During this very difficult time we will be working to focus solely on the needs of our family. This includes no longer commenting publicly or reacting to media stories and speculation, Our goal is to do the very best for our children and that will be done as privately as possible. We appreciate the understanding, support and well wishes from so many.”
The couple released this statement via TLC’s website. As previously reported the show has been put on hiatus until August 3rd.
I think we’re a little beyond the privacy requests!! Maybe that should have been thought over several seasons ago!

Too little, too late. The family should have done this a year ago. The show is getting stale. Time to run………….Kate wanted it all and more. She changed so much from the first few shows. Yes, Jon also changed. He needs to go back to work and do what Dads do best. Be a Dad and let Kate stay home with kids. Now that the kids will all be in school everyone should have time to “just be a family”. Not in front of the camera’s. We’ve really seen enough, and no we don’t want to see how they do it alone.
