The 53-year old man accused of stalking Teen Queen, Miley Cyrus, on the set of her new movie has been released from jail. Mark Mclead was arrested and booked on two misdemeanor charges last month in Tybee Island but was released this morning due to over-crowding in the Georgia jail.
Chatham County Sheriff Al St Lawrence, says that Mark did nothing wrong and if there would have been something to charge him with, he wouldn’t have been released. Officer, you’d better hope not.
Mclead was known to have been camping out, monitoring Miley’s balcony. Even went as far as to send her a gift, discussed a marriage and even offered to invite the police. He was also spotted at a stop on the stars Miles to Go book tour.
I’m sure Miley has a great security team around her..and something tells me that Daddy, Billy Ray, may just keep some kind of weapon handy!
