Jon and Kate Gosselin were due in court this morning but the judge in the case has been forced to delay the proceedings.
Judge Arthur Tilson was forced to send court into recess when his wife passed away this morning from a battle with cancer. The case has been put on hold until next week.
Maybe Jon & Kate could sit down within the next week and have a rational conversation? There’s a thought! This court appearance today was to discuss the cash that Jon had removed from the couple’s shared bank account.
