As previously reported, the eldest Duggar, Josh and wife Anna, welcomed a healthy baby girl early today.
Mackynzie Renée Duggar was born at the home of her parents, Joshua and Anna Duggar. Of course, TLC cameras were on hand to catch the blessed event for the family’s reality show “18 Kids & Counting”.

Mackynzie is a beautiful baby girl, congratulations!
I must say though, she does look a lot like Michelle & Jim Bob’s last 2 daughters, Jennifer and Jordyn-Grace! She is a cutie for sure and I hope you have lots of fun with your new baby girl.
