In a segment focusing on missing children, Tuesday’s episode of ‘Oprah’ will feature Jaycee Dugard. Dugard disappeared
from South Lake Tahoe back in 1991 on her way to the bus stop.
Nearly 18 years later, she walked into a police station near San Francisco and identified herself as the Jaycee Dugard. Oprah will be speaking with the two police officers who followed their suspicions about Phillip Garrido and eventually broke the case.
Phillip Garrido and his wife Nancy have been arrested and charged with kidnapping, rape and false imprisonment. When Jaycee was finally found, it was discovered she had two daughters, ages 15 and 11, by Garrido.
