Well….apparently Kate Gosselin was telling at least a “version” of the truth. According to Kate attorney, Mark Momjian, a judge ordered Jon Gosselin to return $180,000 to their joint bank account that is used primarily by his wife to pay household expenses.
Kate has been ordered to provide a full accounting of past household expenses that she claims total $55,000. That proof is to be brought to the couple’s next hearing on October 26. The judge ordered the dysfunctional pair to settle any other outstanding items through a private arbitrator.
In response to Jon’s claims, the judge ordered Kate to provide to the court a complete financial report – due by Octboer 26th.
