Teen Queen Miley Cyrus has a tattoo! While some may be worried about this 17-year old having a tattoo the meaning of the tattoo is what we’re reporting.
A good friend of Miley’s, Vanessa, passed away from Cystic Fibrosis nearly 3 years ago. Miley has had the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of “Just Breathe” tattooed under her left breast.
