Sources close to the private Country music star are saying that Ottawa Senators star, Mike Fisher, popped the question to Carrie Underwood and the pair are now engaged.
The former American Idol champ and Fisher have been dating for just over a year. While photos of the pair together are hard to come by, she has been spotted supporting her beau at some Senators games lately.
The pair had an early Christmas celebration over the weekend with family and apparently that is when the question was asked. Miek confirmed the news this morning, saying “It’s true. We’re both obviously excited and very happy.”
Congrats to Carrie and Mike.
