Well it looks like the Two and a Half-men star, Charlie Sheen, will be spending New Year’s alone. Following a Christmas Day arrest for Domestic disturbance, the 44 year old star spent 8 hours in a Colorado jail.
The pair were spending Christmas in Aspen with their twin 9-month-old sons and some friends. Brooke Mueller, dialed 911 on Christmas morning claiming that Charlie had choked her and shoved her.
Charlie spent ten hours in the slammer ad was charged with suspicion of second-degree assault, menacing, and criminal mischief. He was released after posting $8,500 bail, but a district judge has issued a restraining order preventing him from contacting Brooke unless it is through his lawyer.
