Chicago Bears football player, Gaines Adams died Sunday (January 17) in Greenwood, South Carolina. The 26 year-old defensive end was rushed to the emergency room at the Self Regional Hospital but was pronounced dead at approximately 9 am.
A preliminary autopsy indicates that Gaines died from cardia arrest and that he did suffer from an enlarged heart.
