Former “Survivor: Palau” contestant Jennifer Lyon, who won 4th place on the 10th season the reality show, has passed away after a short and intense battle against breast cancer.
Jennifer underwent a radical mastectomy and intense chemotherapy following her diagnosis in 2005. When her cancer was discovered, Jen was already in stage 3 of her cancer. Jennifer was just 37 years old.
