Avril Lavigne goes back to her punk roots at the Maxim Hot 100 Party at NYC’s Gansevoort Hotel on Wednesday.Avril, 22, came in at #15 on the list, squeezed between Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl and songstress Ashlee Simpson.
