Britney Spears runs a few last minute errands on Saturday in Los Angeles, the day before leaving for her Las Vegas concert at the House of Blues.

The 25-year-old pop star first headed to the Epitome wig salon at the Beverly Glen Center in Bel Aire where she had her wig re-fitted.

Britney then hit up Marlow Artistic Furnishings for some antique shopping. After escorting the star back to her home, security guards returned to Marlow’s to pick up Britney’s purchases.

Britney Spears strutted her way back to center stage with a short, sexy set at the House of Blues believed to be her first public concert appearance in nearly three years.

Spears, ripped for her recent highly public forays into midnight carousing, appeared to be back in top form.

The 25-year-old mother of two went onstage late Tuesday wearing nothing more than knee-high go-go boots with a short white skirt and a sparkly pink bra top that showed off her belly button ring — and no evidence of the weight gain that landed her on celebrity tabloid covers last year. A long brown wig completed the outfit, covering the head she shaved in February.

She launched a short set with her classic “… Baby One More Time,” using a cafe chair as a burlesque prop while she pranced around the small club stage backed up by four dancers.

“She’s so good!” yelled San Diego hairstylist Ally Murray, 29, as Spears showed off her aerobic choreography.

Britney Spears and her one-time rehab fling Howie Day hooked up 4/29.

‘Brit and Howie met up at The Bridge, one of Britney’s favorite restaurants and then drove by nightclubs Element, Les Deux, and Parc before stopping at Teddy’s.

The handsome couple went inside and did who knows what and then went back to Brit’s house (with Howie at the wheel of Britney’s Mercedes) and did who knows what!? Our photogs were there until 5 am and Howie still hadn’t left …’

Britney Spears may be working hard on changing her post-pregnancy body but it appears her trademark bad style is standing resolute. As illustrated by these photos of the recently rehabbed pop princess shopping in L.A. 4/29, it’s clear Brit has no plans on straying far from what has become her trademark look — a silly hat, acrylic wig, sheer top, torn fishnets and cowboy boots.
