Britney with her youngest son Jayden James. These images were snapped yesterday as Brit made a visit back to the Malibu home she shared with Kevin.

Britney picked up her old friend Jessica at the airport and the group headed over to the Mediterranean-style estate. They arrived around 5 pm and spent about an hour there, walking around the grounds and going inside the house.

If things couldn’t get any worst for Britney Spears‘, her estranged husband Kevin Federline is making plans to go to court amid a custody dispute over their two children.

Spears has checked out of rehab for the second time in a week.

A Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman says Kevin Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear at a downtown L-A courthouse tomorrow for an emergency hearing. It’s not known what issue Federline plans to raise.

Federline and Spears have two sons, five-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston.

Federline filed papers seeking spousal support and sole custody of the children after Spears sought to end their two-year marriage last November.

A temporary court order issued February first granted the couple joint custody until the end of this month.

Shocking! Christina Aguilera is doing some shopping for Britney’s baby boys.

That’s right, the once-rivals are now friends. Christina, who is on tour in Europe, started her Christmas shopping by calling co-owner Nina Takesh of celeb-fav baby boutique Petit Tresor. Christina wanted to get Sean P. and Jayden James something “adorable for colder weather” and decided on these cashmere schoolboy sweaters. She wasn’t the only one with the boys on her mind. Britney also called Takesh requesting “something matching and playful”.
