Hours after news of a divorce settlement broke, Britney Spears showed off her million dollar smile as she hit the town hours to celebrate her legal victory.
Britney stayed at the L.A. nightclub for just 30 minutes and then escaped underground to her waiting SUV and drove back to her Hollywood Hills hideaway avoiding media attention.
The recovering singer reached a $1 million divorce settlement with her ex-hubby Kevin Federline.
K-Fed will walk away with much less money than expected because of the airtight pre-nup Brit’s lawyer devised.
The final deal also means Britney and Kevin will have joint custody of their sons - Sean Preston and six-month-old Jayden James.
Britney is free!
Britney Spears, who entered Promises rehab center in Malibu on February 20, has left the facility after completing her one month treatment.
Spears “has been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Center after successfully completing their program,” her rep, Larry Rudolph, said in a statement late Tuesday night.
According to TMZ the stint in rehab helped Britney literally turn her life around. She has worked out a child custody arrangement with estranged husband Kevin Federline that will now become operative.
Meanwhile, K-Fed, who was set to celebrate his 29th birthday tonight with a party at West Hollywood nightclub Eleven, has canceled the event to focus on his role as father.
According to earlier reports, Eleven tried to get a weekly magazine to sponsor the event, but there were no takers. Subsequently, other minor sponsors too pulled out.
A rep for the Fedmeister assured Page Six the cancellation was not prompted by any lack of sponsorship.
Kevin, who has planned another bash at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday, “decided that one party was enough,” said his rep. “Kevin is just focusing on his family right now.”

Kevin cashes in
After lying low during the months Britney Spears nosedived, estranged husband Kevin Federline is now wooing the press. Kevin, now wants to make money by cashing in on his perceived celebrity status.
K-Fed is demanding $25 000 from tabloid’s for the exclusive right to cover his 29th birthday bash at Eleven nightclub in West Hollywood.
“The celebrity magazine will get its logo on the red carpet and exclusive coverage inside the club,” a source tells Page Six. “But who cares? Everyone will have access to the red carpet. And there aren’t even any big celebs confirmed for inside the party.”
Kevin isn’t offering anything substantial in exchange for the big bucks. The weekly “won’t even get a real interview with K-Fed.”

Kevin Federline spent time working in Las Vegas this weekend.
Kevin made an appearance at the new Beatles Revolution Lounge at the Mirage in Las Vegas on Saturday before another big night on Sunday, where he will be followed in by rocker Tommy Lee as a DJ host.
As for who watched the kids??, K-Fed dropped the kids off at Britney’s mother’s place before he jetted off to Vegas. While Federline tends to business for a few days, Lynne Spears will take care of the kids.
