While Britney’s in rehab mama Lynn Spears is in charge. Lynne Spears, was spotted on a visit to see Sean-P and baby Jayden-J yesterday at Britney’s estranged hubby Kevin Federline’s Tarzana home.
Lynn and Kevin where the two conspired to get the kids away from Britney in order to get her back into rehab.
Wednesday night, a desperate Britney Spears was photographed using an umbrella to hit a car outside the home where her ex, Kevin Federline, is reportedly staying. The photos reveal a furious Britney dressed in white shorts and a hooded sweatshirt repeatedly striking an SUV with an umbrella.
After reportedly spending 45 minutes outside his residence, Britney’s mom picked her up and eventually brought her to the rehab facility.
If things couldn’t get any worst for Britney Spears‘, her estranged husband Kevin Federline is making plans to go to court amid a custody dispute over their two children.
Spears has checked out of rehab for the second time in a week.
A Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman says Kevin Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear at a downtown L-A courthouse tomorrow for an emergency hearing. It’s not known what issue Federline plans to raise.
Federline and Spears have two sons, five-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston.
Federline filed papers seeking spousal support and sole custody of the children after Spears sought to end their two-year marriage last November.
A temporary court order issued February first granted the couple joint custody until the end of this month.

Kevin Federline had his throat slashed for a photoshoot by celebrity photographer Steven Klein for the “Face of Fashion” exhibit at the National Portrait Gallery (opening Feb. 15).
Says Steven Klein on K-Fed: “To me, a portrait is a representation of a person and a slash across a throat is the equivalent of a brushstroke. It’s like a classical painting. The slash, the make-up, is a mask that reveals who the person is. For me, the break in the skin shows that all portraits are lies. To see through the skin is to see someone’s reality.”
Says Steven Klein on Brad Pitt (of his W photoshoot with Angelina Jolie): “He doesn’t just stand in the corner. He starts playing, acting. The shots of him and Angelinawere based on an idea he had. He was inspired by the portraits of old-style families in Life magazine. It’s meant to be set around the time of John Kennedy’s assassination and the sudden sense of fracture there was then. There’s an ambiguity to the shots, it’s up to the viewer to read them. But I don’t like quiet, romantic pictures. I like confronting taboos, playing with popular culture. I don’t overanalyze or overconceive what I do.”
Kevin Federline insist on proving to the world he can rap. Kevin hopes his new Superbowl commercial for Nationwide will boost album sales of his latest debut album to platinum. The commericial actually isn’t bad, check it out your destined to have a good laugh.
